Joe Rust Company was founded in 1984 in Waxahachie, Texas by Joe Rust. Joe Rust received his real estate salesman’s license in 1975, while in college at the University of Houston. Upon graduating from U of H in May of 1977, Rust entered the real estate field and obtained a Texas broker’s license in 1980. With a broad range of experience in land sales, ranging from retail/commercial sites, residential development tracts, multi-family land and farm and ranch properties, Joe Rust Company is very capable and highly successful in the closing of real estate sales. Lance Rust acquired his Texas broker’s license in 2011.  He also received his real estate salesman’s license in 2003 after receiving his degree in Business Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.  Lance specializes in land and commercial properties.  Lance is committed to placing his client’s goals first, providing the highest level of service possible while maintaining honesty and integrity.
